How do I order? Is there any minimum volume? Product Color Options?
- How do you go about placing an order?
MSI requires a hard copy of a purchase order to be faxed or emailed so that both parties have documentation that the order has been placed and received by MSI. If your company does not issue purchase orders, MSI still requires a hard document to be faxed or emailed so we can track the order and you know that we received the order.
- Do you offer volume discounts or rebates?
No, we don’t offer these kinds of discounts.
- Do you require a full box qty to be ordered?
No.
- Do you have a minimum dollar amount per order?
No.
- Do special run/small orders take on a setup charge?
There are many factors that are evaluated in this scenario. Set up charges are handled on a case-by-case basis so please ask our customer service representative.
- Is there a price difference between open end and closed end protectors?
For most items, there is not a price difference, however on some non-stock items there may be a minimum production quantity.
- Is there a premium charge for custom colors?
Yes, in most cases MSI can offer standard custom colors at a modest up charge or minimum production quantity.
- Do I have to buy sets (pin and box)?
No, you can buy only what you need.
- Do you have a restocking charge?
Yes, 20% as long as the product is returned to MSI within 2 weeks.
- Is your pricing competitive?
